The set was delivered with two defective chairs. The Leons technician confirmed the chairs were defective. This is the third such experience we have had at Leons in Guelph. This is an insult to an injury. We had a great experience. Our sales associate was Jaweed, a sales associate who is knowledgeable with excellent customer service.
The bed frame was not adjusted upon delivery due to my oversight, and he came over on his day off to adjust frame to ensure I could sleep in the bed that night. This is going the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. Very much appreciated. The delivery team arrived on time, and efficiently unpacked and setup Chair and bed.
Thank you. I am charged for a poor design execution by manufacturer. Customer service sucks if your purchase isnt in stock. Paid for a couch before xmas and 12 weeks later it still hasnt arrived though promised within half that time. Not once did Leons contact me with an update on delivery status. Have bought stove, washer and dryer and last week two sofas. Customer service excellent. Prompt delivery. Competitive prices. Overall superb experience.
Leon's Guelph has the worst customer service. The General Manager Carlos is arrogant and condescending. They miscommunicated the delivery time and refused to come back at the end of the day to deliver my couch. The couch was suppose to be protected before it was delivered and it was not and is now stained. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Leon's again and I am in the process of refurnishing my entire home.
We had a nice shopping experience last Friday. They have a great selection of furniture which is very well priced. We purchased a coffee table for our new home.
