They were good because they buttered the bun before throwing it on the grill, plus they put mayo on the sandwiches. Butter AND mayo - two great heart-attack hasteners that go great together! BTW, Seattle area burger fans should be sure to check out the burger blog run by some of my coworkers. And for a pretty cheap price too. But when I do go there I enjoy the burgers. Simply sublime.
